Prangins nursery
The Prangins crèche and canteen building follows the logic given by the Morettes school and the other buildings in the district. It follows the North-East / South-West and North-West / South-East axes. The geometry of the volumes is simple and rational. They use the sizes and proportions introduced by the school. The building is set up so as to extend and surround itself with the school garden and the town's green zone. Access is from the Morettes trail. By its location, the crèche promotes access to the school in order to allow children to come to the canteen. The crib consists of three volumes. They shift slightly to follow the geometry of the plot. These volumes have different proportions and sizes. The small volume in the North is part of the morphology of the houses in the district. The large volume to the south corresponds to the taller houses at the start of Chemin des Morettes. This more generous size gives it the status of public equipment and combines it with all the equipment already present (school and gymnasium-multipurpose room in Les Morettes). It is in this volume that we also find the canteen of the Morettes school.
