When designing a police station, one of the major problems lies in highlighting the symbolic significance of the police institution. Therefore, through our writing, what meaning can we give to the regal force, crucial to run the city?  From the public space, our building appears as a sculpted volume. Through a play of volumes and ribbons that unfold, our project aims at offering the image of a public building that shows the strength and solemnity of the institution while at the same time offering an open and welcoming feature.

Its shape follows the contours of the plot and marks this strategic position. The building thus allows for the requalification of the boulevard and the route du Mesnil. To the right of the boulevard, the building is generously set back in its most public part to create a tree-lined square.
